Yvonne Jo Rucker
July 19, 1932 — February 18, 2019
Beloved wife of William Rucker, died in her home in Campobello, S.C., Monday February 18th, 2019.
In lieu of a funeral, a celebration of life will occur at a later date.
Yvonne is survived by her loving husband Bill, son, Dale Rucker, daughters, Dawn Ward and her husband Ben, Joni Micals, Debbi Dunn and husband Terry, Linda Farris and husband Wayne. She is also survived by her Grandchildren, Timothy, Heather, Matthew, and step grandchildren, Jason, Adam, Sarah, as well as caring great grandchildren. She was predeceased by grandson Ryan Rucker.
She was loved and cherished by many and was widely admired for her healing hands in massage therapy, reflexology, aromatherapy, and cranial sacral therapy. She was adored through the love she gave and counseled many through troubling times.
Her artistic heart was boundless in; stained glass, beadwork, crocheting, embroidery, painting, wood burning and so much more.
Her endless love and devotion to friends and family will be greatly missed.
Yvonne gave generously over the years and was honored with the Helping Hands Award by Safe Homes Rape Crisis. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: SHRCC, 236 Union St. Spartanburg, S.C. 29302.
