Spartanburg, SC---Mrs. Yom Ung, 64, of 1025 Melody Lane Spartanburg, passed away, Saturday, July 25th, 2009 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
Born in Cambodia, on May 7, 1945, she was the widow of the late Sovan Or and was employed with Wise for over 20 years. She was the daughter of the late Sourng Ung and Yoeung Ouch.
She is survived by one daughter, Bonnie Lem; two sons, Buntha Or and Da Or; and six grandchildren, John Lem,Jennifer Lem, Mealea Or, Jack Or, Jeantira Lem and Amaree Or all of Spartanburg.
Yom Ung will be placed in the Temple at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2009 and will remain there until 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 1, 2009. Services will be held at Seawright Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 1, 2009.
