Roebuck SC---Mrs. Wilma Jean Ball Cannon, 59, of Roebuck, passed away Sunday, June 12th, 2011 at her home. Mrs. Cannon was born in Rogersville, TN and was the daughter of the late James Curtis and Ethel Jean (Cupp) Ball. She was the wife of Harold Dean Cannon for over 40 years and was a member of Una First Free Will Baptist Church.
Other survivors include her two daughters, Pamela Elder and her husband Jeff of Inman, Janice Cannon of Roebuck, a brother, Franklin Ball and his wife Delores of Rogersville, TN., two grandchildren, Amber Nicole Cochran and Caleb Dean Cochran of Roebuck, her mother-in-law, Ruby Cannon of Roebuck and the beloved family pet, "Buster".
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman. Graveside services will be held at Heritage Memorial Gardens in Roebuck at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 15th with Rev. Kenneth Cash and Rev. Donnan Lawson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wilma Cannon Memorial Fund, P. O. Box 192,Inman, SC 29349. An online guest register is available at:
