William "Bill" Ernest Sears, 75, of 1631 Fernwood-Glendale Rd. passed away Monday, February 20th, at Spartanburg Hospital For Restorative Care. Mr. Sears was born in Pendleton, SC on July 2, 1936, a son of the late Jesse Hodges and Lucy Gailey Sears. He was a retired truck driver, an avid golfer and served in the military.
Mr. Sears is survived by a daughter, Paula Lee Sears and three sons Jerry Ernest Sears, William Michael Sears, and Gary Keith Sears all of Texas and five sisters. Also surviving is his best friend, Larry Braswell of Boiling Springs, SC . He was predeceased by two brothers.
