William Floyd "Billy" Campbell, 49, of 142 Sunshine Drive, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Billy was born in Salem, Indiana on January 17, 1971, a son of the late Ned Campbell and Mary Gates Campbell Gardner.
He was the widower of Sandra Laws Campbell.
Billy was an owner and operator of Freedom Auto Salvage Yard and did maintenance for Sunshine Realty.
Mr. Campbell is survived by two daughters, Angelia Danielle Blanchard, of Spartanburg, South Carolina; Heather Duncan, of Spartanburg, South Carolina;
three sons, Dustin Mills, of Spartanburg, South Carolina; David Mills, of Spartanburg, South Carolina; Daniel Jones, of Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Billy is also survived by a sister, Susan Owens, of Boiling Springs, South Carolina;
two brothers, Ned Blackwell, of Inman, South Carolina; Andy Campbell, of Spartanburg, South Carolina and nine grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at Seawright Funeral Chapel in Inman, South Carolina.
