William F. “Buzzy” Butler

May 15, 1947 – May 15, 2022

William Frederick “Buzzy” Butler, 75, of Inman, SC passed away Sunday, after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease, at the home he shared with his partner of 25 years, Karen McCutcheon. He was the son of the late Elsa S. and Everette E. Butler Jr.

He is survived by his son Everette Allen Butler (Tracy); two grandsons Jack Butler and Jake Butler; stepdaughter Mysti McCutcheon (Scott); step-granddaughter, Jasper and two step-grandsons, Salem and Arrow. He is also survived by a sister, Elsa Carolyn Jones, and a younger brother, David W. Butler (Lindsey) and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by one brother, Everette E. “Bogey” Butler III.

Born in Louisville, KY. He grew up in Coral Gables, FL and attended the University of Georgia. He was an apple grower and home builder for many years. He liked to spend his free time traveling between South Carolina and his beloved Florida and enjoyed driving his many RVs all over the USA.
