William Thomas "Willie" Boyd Jr.

William Thomas (Willie) Boyd, Jr., 78, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2026 at Valley Falls Terrace.

Willie was born in Abbeville, SC on September 5, 1948, a son of the late Rosa Lee (Glover) Ford and William Thomas Boyd Sr. He was the husband of Tammy (Watson) Boyd. His survivors include, two sons, Robert Banks and his wife Shaunte and William Thomas Boyd III; his grandchildren, Lakevia Dawkins, Ruby Durham and Joshua Banks; and great grandchildren, Brayden Dawkins and Brian Dawkins III.

Willie was retired from Circle Body Shop, as an Auto Body Repairman.

A celebration of his life will be held Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home with Rev. Joe White officiating. Visitation will follow the service.
