William "Billy" Earl Henderson, 71, of 14 Hillcrest Street, Lyman, SC, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Billy was born in Spartanburg, SC on September 30, 1944, a son of the late Lewis Andrew (Andy) and Sue (Abernathy) Henderson. He was the widower of Martha Anne (Turner) Henderson, was formerly employed at Inman Mills, retired from Michelin Tire, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Cowpens. Survivors include a daughter, Dana Lynn Smith, of Lyman; a son, Eric Henderson, of Inman; a sister, Brenda Dodd (David), of Gramling and one grandson, Brandon Smith. He was predeceased by a brother, Everett Lewis Henderson. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends Monday 2:00 — 3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel at 3:00 PM on Monday, June 13, 2016 with Rev Henry Coley officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
