Tonia Wynell Stewart Ebert, 77, of 70 W. Ridge Drive in Inman, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2023 at Spartanburg Medical Center. 

Tonia was born in Spartanburg to the late Nellie Cochran Stewart and Luther Stewart. She was the wife of Thomas A. Ebert of 48 years who survives her.

Tonia was a 1964 graduate of Spartanburg High and retired from Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. She was a member of The United Methodist Church of the Covenant.

In addition to her husband she is survived by a son, Thomas Ebert II (Tina) of Greenville; a daughter, Ashley Ebert of Atlanta, GA; a sister, Judy McCallister of Spartanburg; two brother-in- laws, Jack Ebert (Nicole), of Michigan, Jim Ebert (Joanne), also of Michigan; three grandchildren, Thomas Ebert III, Mason Ebert, Jaxson Ebert; two very special lifelong friends, Betsy Varner and Regina Eaker; and her special fur baby that she loved, Tifi.

A 'Friends of Tonia Ebert' gathering is being planned for a later date.
