Tommy Eugene, "TJ", James, 62, of 2255 Motlow Creek Road passed away unexpectedly Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, SC. Tommy grew up in Pauline, SC and was born February 10, 1957. He was the son of the late Louise James and was the beloved husband of Birdie W. Lehman James. He worked in maintenance for Spartanburg County and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving in addition to his wife Birdie is his son, DJ James and his wife Shannon of Campobello, SC, three grandchildren, Gavin James and his wife Lizzie of Inman, SC, Jessica James and Amber James of the home and one great-grandson, Carter James of Campobello, SC.
The family will receive friends this Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, SC. No services are planned.
