Mrs. Tinney Ruth White Hall, 96, of 106 Dean Court, Spartanburg passed away Thursday, March 17th, 2011 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center
Mrs. Hall was born in Chesnee, SC on January 5,1915, the daughter of the late Andy "AJ." and Belva (Silvers) White and stepdaughter of the late Effie Johnson White. She was the widow of Weldon Hall.
She is survived by a daughter: Rachel Pearson and husband Larry of Spartanburg, 3 sons: Leon Hall and wife Shural of Boiling Springs, Harold Hall and wife Kay of Inman, Charles Hall and wife Christine of Campobello, a sister: Sara Peterson and husband Ralph of Palm Coast, FL., 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 6 great, great grandchildren.She was predeceased by 2 sisters: Masselie Mathis and Louise Moore.
She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
The family is at the home of her son, 184 Innview Dr, Inman and will receive friends Sunday 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at the Seawright Funeral Chapel at 3:00 PM on Sunday, March 20th, with Rev Henry Coley officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Inman, SC.
