Timothy Brian Mathis

Tim Brian Mathis, 67, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at St. Francis Eastside, Greenville, South Carolina.

Tim was born in Nashville, Tennessee on November 23, 1958. He was predeceased by his mother, Esther Gene Mathis, his sister, Sherry Mathis Hutchings, and a brother, Bill Mathis.

He was the husband of Eva (Beach) Mathis. In addition to his wife, he is also survived by a stepdaughter, Christine Montgomery (Philip), stepson, David Beach, step granddaughter, Veronica Montgomery and a stepson, Paityn Montgomery.

The family will conduct a memorial service Saturday June 27, 2026 at Carlisle Wesleyan Church at 2:00 PM.
