Timothy Michael Ashcraft

TAYLORS - Timothy Michael Ashcraft, 64, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend went home to be with his Lord on Thursday, October 20, 2022, after a short battle with cancer. Born on May 27, 1958, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the eldest son of the late Grover Rozelle and Betty Lawrence Ashcraft, and loving husband of 41 years to Doris Lanford Ashcraft. He was a member of Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Greenville, SC, a member of the Boiling Springs High School Class of 1976, and a faithful employee of Kohler Company in Spartanburg, SC for 42 years.

Tim loved to travel and especially loved the mountains of Western North Carolina and Tennessee. He made many trips into those mountains with his friends and fellow members of the Spartanburg Photography Guild.

Most of all, Tim loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His desire, especially during his last days, was to be a testimony of the Lord’s great faithfulness.

Tim is survived by his wife Doris; daughters Becky Daniels (Jeff) of Duncan, Diane Pfaunmiller (Steve) of Aiken, and granddaughter Eve Pfaunmiller; sister June Jones (Gregg) of Chesnee; brother Bill Ashcraft (Robin) of Boiling Springs. He also leaves behind numerous beloved family members and dear friends. Tim was immensely loved, and he is deeply missed.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Darren Ashcraft.

The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m., Monday, October 24, 2022, at Seawright Funeral Home, 26 E Main St, Inman, SC 29349 with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Keith Davis. Interment will be held immediately following the funeral at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood Glendale Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
