Thomas Harold Morgan, 77, of 151 Hicks Dr. Inman passed away Thursday, December 18th, 2008 at the Regional Hospice Home in Spartanburg, SC.
Mr. Morgan was born in Campobello, SC on June 21, 1931, the son of the late Fate and Olene (Harris) Morgan. He was a Mason and a member of the Inman Masonic Lodge # 201. He was an Army Veteran and had retired from Spartanburg Steel after 30 years of service.
He is survived by a daughter, Wanda Morgan Fernandez of Columbia, SC, a son Jeffrey Morgan and his wife Renae of Simpsonville, SC, three sisters, Betty Settle of Spartanburg, Alma Jean Settle of Boiling Springs, SC, Merle Lundy of Spartanburg, three grandchildren, Gabriel Fernandez, and Macey and Haley Morgan. He was predeceased by two brothers, James and Jobie Morgan.
The family will receive friends Sunday, Dec. 21, 2008 from 1 :00 to 3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman. Graveside services will follow at 3:30 PM at North Pacolet Baptist Church Cemetery in Campobello, SC conducted by Rev. Steve Morgan and a friend Sherman Owens. The family is at their respective homes.
