Thomas" Ken" Kenneth Foster

Mr. Thomas "Ken" Kenneth Foster, 66, of 10151 Asheville Hwy, went home to be with the Lord Monday, February 25th, 2008 at his residence.

Mr. Foster was born in Greenville, SC on September 15, 1941, the son of the late James Foster and Irene (Campbell) McKinney who survives him of Greer, SC and was the husband of Shirley (Hembree) Foster.

He was a member of First Baptist North Spartanburg and retired from maintenance at Allen Bennett Memorial Hospital.

In addition to his wife, Shirley and his mother, Irene, he is survived by two sons, Kenny Foster and his wife Kim of Blue Ridge and Chris Foster and his wife Aieda of Mauldin, one daughter, Brandi Simmons and her husband Ed of Inman, two brothers, Stan Foster and his wife Sharyn of Florida and Bill Foster of Powdersville, three sisters, Lib Clayton and Sandra Talley both of Powdersville and Joyce Robson of Mauldin and four grandchildren, Kyle Foster, Megan Foster, Olivia Foster and Elizabeth Simmons.

Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church of North Spartanburg at 3PM on Thursday, February 28th, with Rev. Mike Hamlet officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens Inman, SC.

The family is at the home and will receive friends Thursday 1: 30-3PM at the church prior to the service.
