Thelma Louise Kyle Rollins, 86, of 51 North Main Street, Inman, SC, formerly of 101 Vega Street, Inman passed away Monday, December 11, 2017 at Inman Healthcare. Thelma was born on June 24, 1931 and raised on the Inman Mill Village, a daughter of the late William Thomas and Lettie (Parris) Kyle. She was the widow of Fred Samuel Rollins having celebrated 47 years of marriage. She and Fred were blessed with 5 children, Cathy Davis (predeceased), Mark Rollins and wife Mary Lee, of Inman; Kyle Rollins, of Inman; Kelley Smith and husband Charles of Lyman, Kane Rollins and wife Donna, of Lyman. She was a proud life long resident of Inman, a graduate of Inman High School where she excelled in academics and was a star athlete. She also graduated from Cecil's Business College, retired from the Inman Agency after 50 years service and was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Inman, SC where she was a member of the Women's Circle. Thelma played competitive softball for the Aldersgate Women's team, playing shortstop, first base and lead off batter until 65 years of age. Other survivors include 10 grandchildren, Jeff Mosley (Jennifer), Michal Dozier, Jo Anna Rollins, Molly Owens (Michael), Brooks Richardson, Kayce Richardson, Little Bryan Richardson, Ashley Smith, Amber Garland (Randy), Allison Smith and many great grandchildren. She was also predeceased by a sister, Susie Hawkins. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 5:00 - 6:30 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
