January 24, 1945 — February 12, 2012

Inman, SC---Mr. Steve D. Lancaster, 67, of 10150 Bullman St. went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 12th, at his residence. Born in Cooley Springs, NC on January 24, 1945, the son of the late AB. and Edna Louise (Lowery) Lancaster and was the husband of Mrs. Moudie Sue (Sheehan) Lancaster. Mr. Lancaster attended Valley Falls First Baptist Church and was self-employed as a salvage hauler.

In addition to his wife he is survived by three daughters, Susan Blackwell and her husband Jesse of Inman, Sandra Dellinger and her fiancé Garry Beach of Inman and Stacy Batchler and her husband Jeffery of Blacksburg; one brother, Charles Lancaster of Spartanburg; one sister, Diane Horton of Pauline and ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. He was predeceased by one brother, Jerry Lancaster.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 14, 2012 from 6-8PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held in the Seawright Funeral Home Chapel at 11 :00 AM on Wednesday, February 15th, with Rev. Glenn Rusher officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman. The family is at the home.
