Sophay was born in Cambodia, on April 15, 1964, a son of the late Louth and Sophal Pres.
He was the husband of Amanda Phy and was employed at Inman Mills.
Services will begin on Sunday, August 22nd at 9:00 AM at the Bryant Road Buddist Temple and will conclude at 1:00 PM.
Burial will be in Tampa, Florida.
