Duncan, SC---Sherry Millwood Yancey, 57, of 114 North Moore St. passed away on Monday, June 23, 2014 in North Dakota.
Born in Spartanburg, SC on July 19, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Mr. Gerald Dewight Millwood and Mrs. Dorothy Sue (Towery) Millwood and was the wife of Mr. Jesse Yancey.
She was a homemaker and mother to everyone.
In addition to her husband Jesse, she is survived by one daughter, Ann Hood and her husband Jimmy Cochran of Duncan, SC; one brother, Kenneth Millwood of Landrum, SC and two grandchildren, Cody Hood and Tyler Cochran. She was predeceased by two brothers, Wayne Millwood and Charlie Millwood and one sister, Dianne Bullman.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 6:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
