Sharon Patricia Wilkie

Sharon Patricia Murray Wilkie, 81, of 319 Corey Drive, Inman, SC, passed away Friday, January 12, 2024, at TerraBella in Spartanburg, SC.

Sharon was born in Chesnee, SC on March 24, 1942, a daughter of the late Jessie (McKinney) Blackwell and George Murray.

She was the wife of Walter Wilkie, retired from Spartan Undies and was a member of Inman Mills Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, Sharon is survived by a daughter, Charlie Johnson and husband, Alan, of Roebuck, SC; a brother, Herbert Murray, of Spartanburg, SC. two grandchildren, Bailey Nevels (Alex), of Greenville, SC, Grayson Johnson of Spartanburg, SC and two great grandchildren, Zoe Nevels and James Nevels. She was predeceased by a son, Steven Bridges.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 17th at Inman Mills Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at Inman Mills Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Hames officiating.

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Spartanburg, SC

Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to Interim Hospice, 775 Spartan Blvd., Suite 101, Spartanburg, SC 29301.
