Sarah Elizabeth West

Inman, SC---Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth West, 68, of Inman, SC passed away Monday, September 8, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. She was born in Polk County, North Carolina on November 3, 1945 the daughter of the late Mr. Charles Franklin Richards, Sr. and Mrs. Florence Waters Richards. Mrs. West was a member of Inman First Freewill Baptist Church and was a former employee of Starr Brand Industry and a former Tupperware dealer. She is survived by a daughter, Renee West Schuler of Inman; a sister, Barbara Horne of Campobello; a brother, Charles F. Richards, Jr. and his wife Betty of Inman; three granddaughters, Crystal R. Barron, Dallas N. West and Jani E. Schuler and one great-grandson, Tristyn A. Dempsey. She was predeceased by a son, Ric "Sleepy" West and a brother, Jerry Ravan.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 11, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held in the Seawright Funeral Chapel at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 12, 2014 with Rev. Tommy Turner and Rev. Joe White officiating. Burial will be in the Shiloh Memorial Cemetery in Inman, SC. The family is at the home of her daughter, 15 Pine Street, Inman, SC 29349.
