Sara Karnofsky

Sara Karnofsky, lovingly known as Kim Patterson to many, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025, at the age of 50 in Spartanburg, SC. Born on May 30, 1974, Kim will be remembered for her infectious laughter and nurturing spirit that touched everyone around her.

Kim is survived by her devoted mother, Hollis Patterson, and her siblings: Wanda Pack, Janet Bessler, Christopher Patterson, Ashley Conley, Candace Pack, Taylor Patterson and Tammy Justice. She was a cherished resident of Valley Falls Nursing Home where she brought joy and warmth to all who knew her. 

Her presence will be deeply missed but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
