Sara Moffatt Kee Clary, 88, of Chesnee, South Carolina, passed away Monday, October 16, 2017, at her second residence in Inman, South Carolina. Sara was born in Gaffney, South Carolina on September 1, 1929, a daughter of the late Henry Moffatt Kee and Sarah Camp Littlejohn Kee. She was the widow of Thurman Lynch Clary. Mrs. Clary was a retired educator, having taught first grade for thirty eight years in the following school districts; Gastonia, Cherokee and Casey. She was a member of Virginia Wingard Methodist Church in West Columbia.
Sara is survived by a niece, Rebecca Ann Kee-Lyerly and her husband, Keith, of Chesnee, South Carolina.
In addition to her parents and spouse, Mrs. Clary was predeceased by a brother, James Littlejohn Kee
A private service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association SC Chapter 4124, Clemson Blvd., Suite L, Anderson, SC 29621.
