Sandra Ann Sorensen

Lakeland, GA--- Sandra Ann Sorensen, resident of Spartanburg most of her life passed away on August 27, 2015. Born in 1943 in Havana, Cuba to missionary parents. She was schooled in Cuba and graduated high school from Bob Jones Academy and retired from RR Donnelley. Her hobbies were oil painting, sewing, crocheting, singing, reading and movies. She sailed to Europe on an Ocean Liner, saw the first day of the 'Berlin Wall' and 'sailed' the Caribbean. She was feisty and friendly. Surviving her are a son, two daughters, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Also her brother and cousins and some good friends. Fourteen days after her 72nd Birthday she had enough of Alzheimer's and went home. She's now back with her mom and Dad and Gigi and Jojo. The Lord be Praised, she suffers no more! We, who loved her, have and will miss her.
