Samantha Danielle Cartee, 42, of 145 Horace Smith Road in Pauline, passed away Monday, April 15th, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born in Spartanburg on August 23, 1976, a daughter of Karen Hopson Gurley, of Spartanburg and Daniel Butler, of Pauline and was the wife of Chad Edward Cartee. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She graduated from Boiling Springs High School.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is also survived by: a daughter; Courtney Cartee of Wellford, a son; Justin Cartee of Spartanburg, two sisters; Michelle Bishop of Inman and Lacey Harrington of Spartanburg, and a grandson; Wyatt Cartee of Spartanburg.
A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 22nd at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman. Visitation will follow the memorial service at the funeral home. Interment will be private. .
