Ruby Carolyn Thomas

Ruby Carolyn Gray Thomas, 93, of 63 Blackstock Road, Inman, SC, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at Magnolia Manor of Inman. 

Ruby was born in Jonesville, SC on March 7, 1931, a daughter of the late Mae (McGuire) Gray and Willie Gray. She was the widow of Guy Thomas and was first married to the late William Cartee.  She was a homemaker.

Ruby is survived by a son, William Jack Cartee, daughter-in-law, Luanne Cartee, grandchildren, Candice Abrams (Robert), Richard Wilkie (Larissa), Jeremy Bridges (Alyssa), Ashley Rhodes (Casey) and numerous great and great, great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two daughters, Carolyn Scates, Joleen Waldrop, one son, Edward Cartee and a grandson, Kevin Scates.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 30th at Seawright Funeral Chapel in Inman, SC with Rev Mitch Crow officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home immediately following the service.

Private burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
