Ronnie was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on December 3, 1952, a son of the late Hugh Wayne Johnson and Etolia McDade Johnson.
He was a member of Holston Creek Baptist Church.
He is survived by his guardian, Joni McDade Loftis of Lyman, South Carolina, and cousins, Arthur Sellars of Lyman, South Carolina, Debbie Sellars McKinney of Duncan, South Carolina and Jodi McDade Prosser of Herndon, Virginia; one uncle, Henry Johnson and one aunt, Doris.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman, South Carolina with Dr. Reggie Parker officiating.
