Inman, SC--Mr. Robert Michael Stephens, 49 of 185 Cocoa Rd, Inman passed away Tuesday, September 9th, 2008 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.
Mr. Stephens was born in Spartanburg, SC on March 29, 1959, the son of Elizabeth (McCarley) and Martin Luther Stephens who survives him of Spartanburg. He was the husband of Cynthia (Trail) Stephens.
In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by 2 sisters: Terri Morrow of Lancaster, Dianne Reeves of Lyman and his two four-legged kids: Cassie & Ladi.
He worked as a machinist at Billhorn Board & Paper Converters in Spartanburg and was of the Baptist Faith.
Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel, Inman, SC, at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 11th, with Rev. Glenn Rusher officiating. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park, Boiling Springs, SC.
The family is at the home and will receive friends Thursday 1-2 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spartanburg County Humane Society, 150 Dexter Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29301 or Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Dr., Spartanburg, SC 29303.
