Robert Dean Edwards, 68, of 8020 White Ave, Spartanburg, SC, passed away Friday, May 23, 2014 at Magnolia Place. Robert was born in Spartanburg, SC on May 6, 1946, a son of the late Thomas P and Merle (Waters) Edwards. He worked as a auto body repairman and was of the Baptist faith. Robert is survived by two daughters, Tammy McCullough (Larry), of Spartanburg; Teresa Edwards, of Woodruff; two brothers, Ken Edwards, of Landrum; Ronnie Edwards, of Campobello, a special friend and uncle, Jack Waters, 2 grandchildren, Katlyn and Chase McCullough. He was predeceased by a brother, Mike Edwards. The family is at the home of his daughter, 351 Capstone Lane, Spartanburg and will receive friends Sunday 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel, Inman, SC, at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 25th, with Rev Bob Neely officiating.
