Robbie Anne Selby, 80, of 104 Dillon Drive, Spartanburg, SC, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the Regional Hospice Home in Spartanburg. Robbie was born in Westminster, SC on August 21, 1935, a daughter of the late Christine Mae (Phillips) Smith and Robert Lee Smith, Sr. She retired as a registered nurse and was a member of Drayton Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, James J Selby, of Spartanburg, a sister, Katie S Wofford, of Spartanburg and a dear friend, Dale Dallara of Spartanburg. She was predeceased by a brother, Robert L Smith, Jr. A memorial service will be held Monday, February 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Seawright Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev David Frost. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 901 South Pine Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302 or Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29303. The family is at the home of her son, 113 Laurelwood Circle, Spartanburg, SC 29301.
