Ricky Hildred McSwain

Chesnee, SC--- Ricky Hildred McSwain, 54, of 213 New Pleasant Road passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 at his home after an extended illness. A native of Spartanburg County he was born on September 30, 1960, a son of the late Hildred and Shelby Jean (Martin) McSwain. Ricky was of the Christian faith and worked as a residential painter.

He is survived by two daughters, Ashley McSwain Walters and her husband Allen of Lexington, NC and Erica Robinson of Asheville, NC; one sister, Debbie McSwain Greene of Chesnee, SC; four grandchildren, Dakota Walters and Tyson Walters of Lexington, NC and Sydney Edwards and Liam Edwards of Asheville, NC and a special niece Tisha Greene Humphries of Chesnee and a special best friend, Wayne Humphries along with three special nephews, Brandon, Seth and Zachary Humphries. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a sister, Sheila McSwain Tucker.

A memorial service will be held at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, SC, at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 11, 2015 with Mr. Kerry McSwain officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. The family is at the home.
