Richard Dale Mills

Richard Dale Mills, 67, passed away on Friday September 18, 2026 at his daughter’s residence.

Born in Inman, South Carolina on December 18, 1958, he was a son of the late Betty Lou (Foster) Mills and Maurel Dean Mills.

Ricky was of the Baptist Faith.

His survivors include his son, Jay Mills (Natasha), two daughters, Kristy Segars (James), and Samantha Mills, his brother, Randy Mills (Paula) a sister, Wanda Smith, and a special recognition to his aunt, Mae Ponder along with six grandchildren, Arianna, Kilara, Julian, Zoey, Kortney, and Mikey.

Ricky was preceded in death by his brother Bruce Dean Mills (Anna).
