Ray Daniel Schoolcraft, 73, of 126 Warrior Drive, Gaffhey, passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Ray was born in Barberton, Ohio on June 27, 1940, a son of the late Naomi Shaw Schoolcraft and Daniel Frank Schoolcraft. He retired from Beverage Aire Co.
Ray is survived by two sons, Stephen Ray Schoolcraft, of Orrville, Ohio, Mark Allen Schoolcraft of Campobello, a daughter, Kelly Renee Morris, of Inman; a sister, Charlotte Duncan, brothers, Dan, Harold, Fred and James Schoolcraft, five grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Richard Schoolcraft and a sister Ellen Irvine.
The family is at the home of his son at 1909 Mt Lebanon Road, Campobello and will receive friends Tuesday 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel, Inman, SC, at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 23, 2014.
Burial will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs, SC.
