Mrs. Pluma Gardner Mullinax, 89, of 9 C Street Inman passed away Sunday, January 23rd, 2011 at Greenvillle Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Mullinax was born in Mayo, SC on August 11, 1921, the daughter of the late Charlie Hampton and Lucille (Turner) Gardner and was the widow of D Willard Mullinax.
She is survived by a daughter: Patricia M Sloan and husband Richard of Lyman, 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter: Verona Mathis, a sister: Elsie L Gardner, and 2 brothers: Ben N and Ralph Gardner.
She retired from Hamrick Mills and was a member of Inman Mills Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at Inman Mills Baptist Church, at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 26th, with Rev. Jack Hames and Mr Travis Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 PM in the church.
Burial will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens, Gaffney, SC.
