Percy "Buck" Miller, 78, of 126 Colony Pike Road, passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at Lake Emory Post Acute Care in Inman, South Carolina. Buck was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, on December 9, 1942, a son of the late Wofford Miller and Pauline Hines Miller. He was the widower of Ellen Kinley Miller.
Mr. Miller was a former cabinet builder, a retired employee of Reeves Brothers, and a member of Fingerville United Methodist Church.
Percy is survived by a daughter, Paula Paredes, of Inman, South Carolina;
two sons Tony Miller and his wife, Faith, of Inman, South Carolina; Randy Miller and his wife, Lisa, of Inman, South Carolina;
He is also survived by a sister, Polly Jackson, of Spartanburg, South Carolina; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Miller was predeceased by a son. Jeffrey Miller; and eleven siblings, Huey, Harold, Lawrence, Ray, Rocky, Emily, Mary Sue, Ede, Dot, Dennis and Lanier "Red".
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 25, 2021, at Fingerville United Methodist Church Cemetery, conducted by, Rev. Thomas Thornton. The family will receive friends following the service at the grave site.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fingerville United Methodist Church, 2994 Rainbow Lake Road, Inman, SC 29349.
