Peggy Jean White Biggers, 74, of 309 Misty Meadows Lane, passed away Sunday, February 17th, 2008 at Mary Black Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Biggers was a native of Inman and the daughter of the late James Edward "Jim Ed" and Eunice (Steadman) White and the wife of Harold J. Biggers.
She was a graduate of Winthrop University and had retired as an Office Manager with Provident Life Insurance Company in Greenville, S. C. She was a member of Inman First Baptist Church and the Lydia Sunday School Class .She was also a member of the E. S. A Women's Club.
Other survivors include two step sons: David Whitney Biggers and his wife Sharon of Lexington,SC., Jerome Craig Biggers and his wife Carrie of Ft Pierce, Florida and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park., Greenville,SC, at 11:00 AM. Wednesday, February 20th, with Rev. Marion Hare conducting the service. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends after the service at graveside.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Spartanburg County Humane Society, 150 Dexter Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29301.
