Inman, SC---Mrs. Peggy Lynn Lavender Bayne, 59, of 1070 Settle Rd went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 27th, 2011.
Born in Spartanburg, SC on June 11, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Hugh Mathis and Dorothy (Strange) Lavender and was the wife of Mr. Dennis Bayne having celebrated 40 years of marriage.
Mrs. Bayne had worked as an LPN with Magnolia Manor of Inman and also with Valley Falls Terrace nursing homes and was a member of Wests ide Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, Dennis she is survived by several nieces and nephews that love her dearly, Todd Bayne, Billy Bayne, Ryland Bayne and Ashley Bayne and two very special people in her life that she love dearly, Steven Cooley and Sergie Kvachev. She was predeceased by her son, Jesse Matthew Bayne.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 29, 2011 from 5-7PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held in the Seawright Funeral Chapel at 3:00PM on Thursday, June 30th, with Rev. Harold Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park in Greer, SC.
