Spartanburg, SC---Mrs. Pauline Virginia Belcher High, 79, of Spartanburg, SC, but formerly of Goodjoin Road, Campobello went to be with the Lord Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Campobello, SC on February 15, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Cora (Hammett) and Willis Belcher. She was retired from Springs Industries and was a member of Holston Creek Baptist Church and recently attended West View Christian Church. Mrs. High is survived by a son, Gerald High of Campobello, a daughter, Tina Bain (Tim), of Spartanburg; two sisters, Frances Batson (Stephen), of Duncan; Juanita Johns, of Inman, two brothers, Furman Belcher, of Campobello; Leroy Belcher (Hattie), of Campobello, three grandchildren, Christopher Bain, Robert Bain, Tiffany Bain all of Spartanburg, two brother in laws, Mark Greene and Troy Burnette, a sister in law, Marie Belcher. She was predceased by two brothers, Boyd and Lloyd Belcher and two sisters, Ruth Burnette and Lucille Greene. The family is at 107 Brock Street, Inman and will receive friends Saturday 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Holston Creek Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at Holston Creek Baptist Church at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 30th, with Dr. Reggie Parker officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
