Paul was born in Spartanburg, SC on November 21, 1935, a son of the late Carlos and Mona (Hollifield) Rudicill. He was formerly employed at Lowenstein in Lyman. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church in Campobello, SC with Rev. Michael Owenby officiating.
