Inman, SC---Paul Thomas McQueen, 85, of Inman, SC, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2014. Born in Greenville County on May 5, 1928, the son of the late Austin E. and Beulah (Davidson) McQueen. He was the husband of the late Mrs. Betty Louise (Denton) McQueen having celebrated 63 years of marriage before her passing. He retired from textiles and attended New Hope Church of God of Prophecy and served in the United States Navy. Mr. McQueen is survived by two daughters, Dianne Morris and her husband Ray and Debbie Jean Shipman; one sister, Leona Collins all of Inman; four grandchildren, Tracie Easler, Scott Bradley, Travis Morris and Kevin Allison and five great grandchildren. He was predeceased by 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 4:00-5:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 5:00 PM in the Seawright Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Lewis and Rev. Barry Looper officiating. Burial with Military Honors provided by the Rutherford County Honor Guard will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman, SC.
