Paul B. Kimmons, 89, of Lyman, SC, passed away Wednesday, September 22nd, at Greer Memorial Hospital.
Paul was born in Spartanburg, SC on June 11, 1932, a son of the late Laura (Cantrell) and John Kimmons. He was the loving husband of Virginia Aileen (Suddeth) Kimmons for 72 years. He was a loving father to his children, Ron Kimmons (Annette); Carolyn Cox (Don). He was a wonderful grandfather and great grandfather to Tim Kimmons, Somer Houston (Brian); six great grandchildren, Jacob and Hanna Kimmons, Aiden, Liam, Finn, and Kinsley Houston. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by six brothers ,and seven sisters.
He was a machine operator at Boiler Tube and a member of Holston Creek Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 24th at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, with Dr. Reggie Parker officiating.
