Ola Lucille Morris

Ola Lucille Dover Morris, 98, of Wellford, SC,went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 3, 2026 at her home.

Ola was born in Inman, S.C. on December 24, 1927, a daughter of the late Pearl (Hill) and Ralph Charles Dover. She was married to the late William Smith Morris for 65 years.

She is survived by two daughters, Martha Morris Hudson and Alice Sherbert and her husband Jimmy; a son, Bennie Morris; a son-in-law, Leon Gosnell; eight grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; twenty-three great, great grandchildren and one sister, Ruth Loftis. She was predeceased by a daughter, Lucille Morris Gosnell and a great grandson; two brothers, Harold W. Dover and Leonard C. Dover; three sisters, Annie Mae Hall, Margaret Smith and Evelyn Hill.

She was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 1:00 until 1:45 PM at Poplar Springs Baptist Church in Moore, SC, funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM with Pastor Ken Forrester officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
