Mrs. Mildred Correll Fox, 94, of 63 Blackstock Rd. Inman, passed away Saturday, September 1st, 2007 at Magnolia Manor of Inman.
Mrs. Fox was born in Boiling Springs, SC on November 13, 1912, and was the daughter of the late James Marshall and Fannie (Foster) Correll. She was the widow of Ben Fox and was a homemaker. She was a member of Inman United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women and the Inman Garden Club.
She is survived by one daughter, Aileen Fox Ralls and her husband Robert, of Greensboro, NC, two sons, Ben Robert Fox and his wife Jane of Saluda, NC, Joe M. Fox and his wife Martha of Moore, SC three granddaughters, Katherine Fox of Saluda, NC, Leslie E. Fox of Greensboro, NC and Shondra French of Inman, four grandsons, Steven Fox of Wilmington, NC, Scott Ralls of New Bern, NC, Rev. Mark Ralls of Rochester, NY and John Shafer of Holly Springs SC. She is also survived by six greatgrandchildren and one sister, Hazel Bennett of Greenwood SC. She was predeceased by a daughter, Carolyn Fox Shafer. .
Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 3, 2007 at 2:00 P. M. at Inman United Methodist Church in Inman, SC with Revs. Ron Leonard and Mark Ralls conducting the service.
Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Inman, SC.
The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends Monday 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. at Inman United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Inman United Methodist Church, 27 Bishop St., Inman, SC 29349.
