Michael Leroy "Mike" Wyatt, 69, of 7612 Brookside St., passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016 at the Regional Hospice Home in Spartanburg, SC. Mr. Wyatt was born in Lockhart, SC on June 24, 1947, a son of the late Luke Hezekiah and Ruth Elder Brown Wyatt. He was the husband of Mary Sue (Pressley) Wyatt, retired from Mastec and was a US Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by three sons, Ted Wyatt (April) of Spartanburg, Robert Wyatt (Toni) of Inman, Michael Wyatt of the home, a daughter, Kimberly Bishop, three brothers, Bobby Wyatt (Melody) of Chipola, Fl., Steven Wyatt (Cindy) of Roebuck, Scott Wyatt of Spartanburg, two sisters, Shirley Jones of Martinez, Ga., and Judy Gordon (Jerry) of Lockhart, SC. There are five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. No services are planned. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the: Michael Wyatt Memorial Fund, P. O. Box 192, Inman, SC 29349.
