Michael "Mickey" Bearden

Michael Olen "Mickey" Bearden, 74, of 22 Doe Circle, Inman, SC, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Regional Hospice Home in Spartanburg, SC.

Michael was born in Gadsden, Alabama on April 27, 1951, a son of the late Martha Belle (Elrod) Duncan and James Olen Bearden.

He was the husband of Cynthia Jane (Ramsey) Bearden, having celebrated 40 years of marriage.

He was employed at Union Camp/International Paper for over 45 years and was a member of Gateway Baptist Church.

Mickey was an avid Alabama football fan.

In addition to his wife, Mickey is survived by a son, Christopher Michael Bearden (Traci), of Spartanburg, 4 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. He was predeceased by a daughter, Christy Gilreath and a sister, Jackie Turner.

The family is at the home of his niece, 193, Woodcliff Drive, Wellford, SC and will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, November 17th at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, SC

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 18th at Gateway Baptist Church in Inman, SC with Rev. Tim Ramsey and Rev. Gary Pruitt officiating.

Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
