Michael "Mike" Greenway

Michael "Mike" Kevin Greenway, 56, of 8 Dallas St. passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at his home. Born in Spartanburg, SC on March 30, 1959, he was a son of the late John Thomas and Joan (Pack) Greenway. He was employed at Milliken Chemical Dewey plant for 29 years and was a member of Inman Mills Baptist Church. Surviving him are his three sons, Kevin Greenway of Chicago, IL, Andrew Greenway and Eric Greenway both of Inman and a granddaughter, Andrea Grace Greenway; two sisters, Rose Gidaro of Inman and Betty Jo Lollis of Williamston, SC; a brother, Johnny Greenway of Inman and a special nephew, Chris Warren of Inman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles whom he was very close to.
Mike's joy in life was spending time with his boys and his grandaughter whom he loved dearly. Mike was a great man who was a wonderful father and grandfather and will be missed by all that knew him. The family will receive friends Friday, April 3, 2015 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will follow at 3:00 PM in the Seawright Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Al Phillips officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mobile Meals P0 Box 461 Spartanburg, SC 29304.
