Michael O. Burrell, 59, Inman, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020 after years of declining health. Born in Inman, South Carolina, on April 21, 1961, a son of the late Sylvia (Davis) Burrell and Otis Burrell.
Michael was a graduate of Inman Christian Academy and Spartanburg Community College and was a member of Inman First Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Angie Burrell; mother-in-law, Frances Smith and husband Raymond; brother-in-law, Scott Tapp and wife Noell; sister-in-law, Tina Thompson; three nieces, Bailey Hyder, Kelsey Owens and husband Eric and Jordan Tapp and cousins, Ray, Greg, Jamey Burrell and Kathy Douglas.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 28, 2020 from 10:00 - 10:45 AM at Seawright Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 AM at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, South Carolina with Rev. Jeff Cochran officiating.
As an avid animal lover, donations may be made in his memory to: Spartanburg Humane Society,150 Dexter Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29303.
The family of Michael would like to especially thank Interim Hospice for the excellent care give to Michael.
