Melissa Elaine Mabry

Melissa Elaine Emory Mabry, 48, of 116 Sunset Court, Cowpens, SC, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Melissa was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on November 25, 1972, a daughter of Hilda Elaine (McFalls) Emory and W. Glenn Emory, of Inman. She was the wife of Robert Galen Mabry of Cowpens, South Carolina.

She was employed at SmileMakers in Spartanburg, South Carolina and was a member of Love Springs Baptist Church where she was a member of the adult choir.

In addition to her husband and parents, Melissa is survived by a daughter, Loren Cedeno, of Spartanburg, South Carolina; a sister, Leslie Cooper, of Inman, South Carolina; and a brother, Eric Emory, of Spartanburg, South Carolina.

The family is at the home of her parents, 26 Price Street, Inman, South Carolina and will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Friday, December 18th at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, South Carolina.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, December 18th at the Seawright Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ron Culbertson and Rev. Johnny Renfro officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Music Department of Love Springs Church, 562 Sunny Slope Drive, Cowpens, SC 29330.
