Maybelle Belue Solesbee

Maybelle Belue Solesbee, 95, of 7825 Hwy 357, Campobello, SC, went to be with the Lord, Monday, July 15, 2013 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Landrum. Maybelle was born in New Prospect, SC on January 15, 1918, a daughter of the late Rosa Lee (Gosnell) and Tom Alec Belue. She was the widow of Luther Miles Solesbee, retired from Roger Huntington Nursing Home and was a member of Campobello First Baptist Church. Maybelle is survived by two daughters, Ann Johnson, of Spartanburg; Kathleen Kiessling, of New Jersey; a son,Ray Solesbee, of Campobello, a sister, Louise Huntsinger, of Landrum, 19 grandchildren, 21 great granchildren and 10 great, great grandchildren. The family is at the home and will receive friends Thursday 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel, Inman, SC, at 3:00 PM on Thursday, July 18, 2013 with Rev Michael Bragg officiating. Burial will be in Lake Bowen Baptist Church Cemetery, Inman, SC. In addition to flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, 130 Forest Glen Drive, Columbus, NC 28722.
