Mary Edna Bridges Phillips, 95, of 63 Blackstock Road, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at Magnolia Manor of Inman. A native of Spartanburg county, Mary was born on September 2, 1923, a daughter of the late Frank Bridges and Marie Nalley Bridges. She was the widow of Peter Phillips. Mrs. Phillips is the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Spartanburg.
Graveside services will be conducted by, Rev. Sal Barone on, Monday, February 4, 2019, at 11:00 AM, in Good Shepherd Memorial Park, Boiling Springs, South Carolina.
Visitation will follow the service at the gravesite.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Spartanburg, 250 E. Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306.
